Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver

Ireland only. We do not ship overseas from this store. Flair Silk sells in other countries under the same brand, and if you are outside Ireland one of those stores will be the right place rather than this one.

We deliver everywhere in Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray, Navan.

What delivery costs

  • Free on orders of €60 or more.
  • Express Delivery at €25 below that threshold. It is the only method offered under €60.
  • Express Delivery is also available above the threshold, as a paid upgrade, at the same €25.

The threshold is applied at checkout on the order value. You do not need to ask for it.

Every price on this site includes VAT, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay.

How long it takes

Allow 5 to 7 days in transit anywhere in Ireland. That is on top of a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed.

An embroidered pillowcase adds a further 2 to 3 days before the parcel ships, because the stitching is done first.

Delivery time varies by location, and a remote address will sit at the longer end of that window.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived, check the junk folder first, then email us with your order number.

For logistical reasons items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal rather than a mistake, and it is worth checking whether part of an order has already landed before reporting it missing.

If something goes wrong

Tracking that has not moved for more than one business day, a parcel that has not arrived, or a delivery marked as complete that is not on your doorstep: email theteam@silkpillowcase.irish with the order number and we will chase the courier. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 goods that do not arrive within the agreed time, or within 30 days where no time was agreed, are our problem to fix, not yours.
