A mid blue is the easiest colour in the range to live with. It sits with white bedding, with grey, and with the natural timbers most Irish bedrooms already have, without committing the room to anything.
The silk is the same on every colour we sell: 100 per cent mulberry, Grade 6A long fibre, woven to 22 momme. The colour is the only thing that changes.
Blue holds its depth well through washing because the dye sits on a long fibre silk rather than a printed surface. What fades a blue pillowcase is sunlight, so dry it in the shade.
