The team wraps the order and writes your card by hand. Put the message in the note field at checkout and it goes in the parcel.

As well. Add the pillowcase, robe or set you actually want, then add this line to the same order.
Does it change my delivery cost?
No. Delivery is worked out on the order value: free at €60 or more, otherwise Express Delivery at €25.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this site includes VAT.
Can I add it after I have already ordered?
Sometimes, if the order has not been packed yet. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so email us straight away with your order number and we will tell you either way.
Where do I put my message or wording?
In the note field on the checkout page. That is the only place we read it from, so anything typed elsewhere will not reach the packer.
What if I leave the note field blank?
The order still goes out. For gift wrapping it is wrapped without a card; for embroidery we will email you and ask, which delays the parcel.
Can I send it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Put their address as the delivery address at checkout. There is no invoice or price in the parcel.
Will the recipient see what it cost?
No. Nothing showing a price goes in the box.
Can I order this for more than one item?
Gift wrapping is charged once for the whole order. Embroidery is charged for each pillowcase you want stitched, so add it once per case.
How long will the whole order take?
Handling is 24 to 48 hours, then 5 to 7 days in transit anywhere in Ireland. Embroidery adds a further 2 to 3 days before dispatch.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?
No. This store ships within Ireland only.
Can I cancel it?
An order can be cancelled until it ships, at no charge. Contact us within about 12 hours, because most orders ship within 24.
What if the wrapping or the stitching is not right?
Tell us. That is a statutory right matter under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 rather than a change of mind return, so there is no handling charge and you do not pay return postage.
Is there a discount code?

Who do I email about it?

What does the wrapping look like?
It is wrapped by the person packing your order rather than machine sealed. We do not publish a photograph of it because the paper is not always identical, and we would rather not show you something that might differ.
Is the card handwritten?
Yes, by the packer, from the message you leave in the checkout note field.
How long can the card message be?
A few lines. If it runs longer than a small card holds we will fit what we can and tell you.
Can I have the card signed from someone?
Write it exactly as you want it to appear, including the sign-off. It is copied out as written.
Is the whole order wrapped, or each item?
The order is wrapped as one parcel. If you want items wrapped separately, say so in the note and we will do what we can.
Does wrapping delay my order?
No. It happens inside the usual 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Can I gift wrap only part of my order?
Ask in the note. It is easier for us to wrap the lot, but say what you want and we will try.
Do you include a gift receipt?
No receipt of any kind goes in the parcel, which means no prices either.
Can I send it to a workplace?
Yes. Use the workplace as the delivery address and add the recipient's name so it reaches the right desk.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us and we will replace it. Damage in transit is our problem to sort out under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Can I choose the paper colour?
Not from a list, no. If a colour would be wrong for the occasion, say so in the note and we will avoid it.
Is the wrapping recyclable?
We do not publish the materials, so we will not make an environmental claim about them. Ask us if it matters and we will tell you what we know.
Can I order wrapping for a future date?
We cannot hold an order. Order close enough to the date to allow 24 to 48 hours of handling and 5 to 7 days of delivery.
Does it work with the embroidery service?
Yes. Add both. Remember embroidery adds 2 to 3 days before the parcel ships.

Gift wrapping covers the whole order. Embroidery is charged for each pillowcase you want stitched, and it is the only thing here that adds days to the handling time.

The note field on the checkout page is where the card message comes from. It is written out by hand. If you leave it blank the parcel is still wrapped, just without a card.
Order for the window, not the day
Handling is 24 to 48 hours and delivery is 5 to 7 days across Ireland. Add the 2 to 3 days if you are having something embroidered, and give yourself a week's margin on anything with a date on it.
What is safe to guess and what is not
Colour is safe: silver and white suit almost any bedroom, and lavender and pink are the two most often bought as gifts. Pillow size is not a guess worth making if you can check, because these cases fit a standard Irish pillow and not a king.
