100 per cent mulberry silk at 22 momme, with an adjustable elastic band. One size, and the band is the part that makes it one size rather than the mask.
A sleep mask does one job and most of them do it badly: they block light everywhere except the gap beside the nose, which is where the light gets in.
This one is cut to sit around the nose rather than across it, and the elastic is adjustable so the fit comes from the band rather than from clamping the mask onto your face.
The silk is 100 per cent mulberry at 22 momme, the same weight as our pillowcases. Cotton absorbs; silk absorbs far less, which matters on the skin around the eyes more than anywhere else on the face.
One size fits all, and that is a claim about the band rather than about heads. If you have found masks too tight, this is the adjustment you want.

Light is the thing that decides whether you get back to sleep at 3am. A mask is the cheapest fix for a bedroom you cannot make dark, and it travels, which a blackout blind does not.

The gap beside the nose is the whole problem
Almost every complaint about a sleep mask comes down to the same thing: light coming in at the sides of the nose. A flat mask pressed onto a face cannot close that gap without being uncomfortably tight, so the usual fix is to pull the band tighter, which trades one problem for another.
